Dateline: 9-4-03 On this day, I believe not coincidental that I was on my way to Kinko's to make some copies for legal papers that were to be filed on 9-5-03 against 2 typical hispanic criminals, I was threatened and then assaulted by an hispanic who lay in wait as I walked down 3rd street, LA (the little niggeria, little liberia, little mexico section adjacent to little tokyo). Indeed, I was hit from behind on the back side of my head more than once before I was able to block same with my arms and ultimately partially tackling this very heavy (more than 250 pounds) typically uncivilized hispanic. A struggle ensued as I was cognizant of and concerned with my documents which were to be filed. He continued to threaten to hurt me/"fuck me up" as I awaited an opportunity to break free and grab my case with legal papers, which I did, and then entered the first nearby open door after unsuccessfully failing to flag down passing motorists. The door was that of the little tokyo branch of the LA public library where after some initial difficulty I was able to call 911/LAPD. I emerged from the library to look for the LAPD squad car only to see the perpetrator threateningly coming back toward me. I went back toward the library door. This happened several times with my hope to "buy time" for the LAPD to arrive, and arrest this typical uncivilized hispanic/slob/criminal. So brazened was this clintonian/davis/bustamante uncivilized hispanic that he indeed did accommodate me in threateningly reapproaching me each time I emerged from near the library door. An LAPD squad car was passing (though not the one dispatched) and I flagged it down. I gave the description of the perpetrator to LAPD Officers Todd and Velasco who took off in the direction of the perpetrator and with great retention and eye were able to spot the perp as he was about to board a bus, and by blocking the bus were ultimately able to make the arrest. It was great LAPD police work. The perpetrator was also a (prior) sex offender.
More police are necessary, LAPD's budget should be increased from whatever source:
Rationale: (1) Educational funds are worthless in an environment of lawless uncivilized gang and other indigenous criminals who intimidate, threaten, harrass and commit crimes against children wanting to learn. (2)Health related funds or other programs are not salutary in a scenario of crimes against person and property in an atmosphere of intimidation, fear, and threats against person and property. (3) What businesses would locate or stay in a city/state as LA/CA in the clintonian/davis/boxer/feinstein/bustamante mold; ETC..

The most current LA UPDATE (2-03-03) will be completed very soon, a certification appended thereto, and incorporated into the action to pay rent into court owing to breach of warranties. This can even be accomplished by referendum since I do believe that in these fiscally difficult times, taxpayers will refuse to continue to fund the invariable welfare-funded crack-partying black ape negroes and their black ape wannabe hispanic "bros". It is widely known that within a day of receipt, welfare funds are spent by the blackapes on crack, etc., and when dissipated, resort is made to the black ape loan sharks. The presence of blackape drug dealers hawking their stuff in front of the St.Marks Hotel is now prevalent and brazen.
While the scenario concerning the black/brown apes has remained the same, a few new additions to the mix include a typically sick hispanic named 'amber'(#402), who like sick hispanic bro 'milton'(#412) is mentally ill (I would opine she is manic depressive), an addict, subject to numerous rants, raves, shouting (among other noise), and even violent altercations, and should be institutionalized. There are a few more crack-party-hearty black(ape)ho's. The obese black ape (#409) now primarily incites and the black ape (#407) (The Great Black Fantasy-see below)(he looked and was probably too twisted/under the influence to rant last evening 6-8-04 when he only mildly protested my protest of the noise) and waited until I was coming from the shower in my shorts and flip flops to engage in the "exchange" which ultimately included him saying that "You" (meaning me - I) "must show some respect", to which I responded that "I will insist upon the rule" and "I call things as they are".
